meet your TRAINER

My name is KB and I am a certified personal trainer, former Miami Heat dancer, a licensed massage therapist and the proud owner of BeYoutiful Beast Fitness. Over the past 10 years, I have owned an all-women's gym where I have had the privilege of transforming countless of clients into stronger, healthier, and more confident women.

As a personal trainer, i focus on strength training, cardio, and nutrition to ensure my clients get the results they want and feel supported throughout every stage of their fitness journey. My ultimate goal is to help you feel amazing, confident, and strong as you embark on your health and fitness journey. My passion for helping others feel great about themselves is what drives me as a trainer. what i ask from each of my clients is to be consistent, to give it their all and to show up everyday for themselves. I believe in the power of consistent effort and hard work, and I will be there with you every step of the way, providing guidance, support, and motivation.

    Challenge yourself by joining our bootcamp! In a supportive group environment, these bootcamp classes are designed to challenge you through circuits that include strength training, cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Bootcamp is a great option to challenge yourself and push the boundaries of your fitness levels to help you reach your goals.   • Online Training

    Designed to bring the expertise of a personal trainer directly to you, wherever you are - you'll have one-on-one sessions with me as I provide a customized workout plan and nutritional guidance. I will closely monitor your progress, provide feedback, and answer any questions you may have through regular check-ins and virtual support.
