THIS HELPS BRING THE GIRLS TOGETHER APART FROM THEIR ROUTINE TRAININGS TO MEET EACH OTHER, MOTIVATE EACH OTHER AND UPLIFT EACH OTHER THROUGHOUT THEIR FITNESS JOURNEYS.
